It is possible in both EE3 and EE4, though EE4 handles it much better.
In EE3 you can add multiple time slots to an event, which will appear in a drop down list. It is also possible to set a capacity on time slots, but it will only work for single registrations, not group bookings, so you would have to take that into account.
I am still having a little trouble setting this up using EE4.
If on the front end, you can select the quantity of tickets to purchase but can’t select which time.
In this situation, you would actually need 6 tickets, so an Adult ticket attached to the first datetime, and and Adult ticket assigned to the second datetime, and so on.
The duplicate feature is part of 4.3 which is currently in the prerelease channel. We are currently testing this version internally on different systems.
