When the last person registers for one of our events, an error occurs and the administrator cannot see the registrant’s data. When looking at the tables, the last entry for the event adds a zero to the attendee id (ATT_ID). We can manually add the attendee id back and it appears to show everything, but this has happened a few times now. Is the registration process broken for the last person to register?
Hi, thanks for checking. We no longer support the 4.4.x platform. Is there custom coding in place that is preventing you from upgrading to the current release?
