Hello,
This can be caused by a caching plugin or a conflict with another plugin.
Try temporarily deactivating all plugins. Then reactivate Event Espresso and re-test.

I just tried that and unfortunately it didn’t work. Now what can I do?

Hi Dov,
I would first of all recommend updating to the latest version of Event Espresso 4 (current version is 4.2.8).
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you check to see if you have any pages or posts that have the slug “events”? This is to rule out any possible conflict between the events custom post type that EE uses and other pages/posts.
