IOS App EE4
Attendee list shows a load of registrations that do not exist in the my Registrations list but are in the database with an ATT_ID of ‘0’. I have around 129 or these in the database and these appear on the App’s Attendee’s list as blank entries that I have to scroll through.
1) How have these entries been created?
2) Why is the app showing them?
3) Is it safe for me to delete them from the database?

Hi there,
1) The entries from someone or something selecting a ticket, but then not filling out the registration form.
2) The app is showing the entries because the app developers didn’t build the query to exclude them.
3) Yes it’s safe. You can go to Event Espresso > Registrations > then click the Incomplete link and trash then delete the records that have no attendee info.
