EE4 Invoice Payment Method – COnfirmations not sending

We are not receiving email confirmations and clients aren’t either. How can this be fixed?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity

Can you see the messages in the list there? If so what colour status bar (the bar to the left of the message) do they have?

If you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, does the table there show the Registration Pending Payment message context show as activated?
