EE4 Infusionsoft integration does not register all contacts into Infusionsoft??

I have just paid someone to set up new website and swore I checked with you guys before purchasing as to which version I needed, but upon setting up integration it appears that EE$ does not register multiple attendees from a single registration inside of Infusionsoft?? this is the sole purpose for using Event Espresso. I am hoping that I am mistaken and that all this work does not need to be redone…

Hi there,

The Infusionsoft add-on for Event Espresso 4 actually does create new contacts in Infusionsoft where there are multiple registrations within one transaction. When you set up the event did you set the Additional Attendees information forms to require the Personal Information group questions? There’s instructions on how to set questions for registrants in the Event Espresso 4 documentation:

Thank you, but this is what is confusing me.

this is directly from the documentation:

“Here is an overview of how the Infusionsoft add-on for Event Espresso 4 works:

“If there are multiple registrants/attendees, then only the primary registrant (first person) information will be transferred over to Infusionsoft.”
