EE4 – in the UK but unselected state/province shows up as 'unknown' on invoice

I have the UK selected under countries but in the general settings I don’t need to select a state/province. However, this comes up as ‘unknown’ in the dynamically populated address field on the order confirmation pdf:

Hi Nicholas,

Within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries tab do you just have United Kingdom selected within no State/provinces included there?

For the UK if would think of the State/Province section as English Counties.

So for yours you could Add ‘Greater London’ as a ‘State/Province’ then select that within ‘You organisation’ settings.

We have an open ticket to address the issue of states/provinces when selecting United Kingdom which will be fixed within a future version of Event Espresso.

Thanks Tony, updated. I was also having Africa/Abidjan show up in the time zone. I am set to UTC+1 for GMT. In EE3 the zone was in the settings

Hi Nicholas, please select a city or a region instead of a UTC option in WordPress admin –> Settings –> General.
