Hello,
I recently installed EE4 and have three questions:
1. I entered tickets data into my event. Here is the link
If you click (show details+) you can see additional info about the ticket, but it also shows info about sales: (Event Access and Ticket Sale Dates). Is there any way to remove the information about how much tickets was sold?
2. Order conformation (pdf file) is that the ACTUAL TICKET? Is there a way to name it “event ticket”? Or I’m missing something? If I am missing the electronic ticket, where can I find it or correct the template?
3. Order conformation(pdf file) has tax rate column (15%) how can I change it on 0% or eliminate?

Hello,

We are looking into adding additional CSS classes to make remove specific elements easier but I do not have an estimate on when this might be available.
Regarding your second question, the order confirmation is a copy of the registration details. It is initially shown in html and can be downloaded as a PDF:

Order Confirmation can be changed to something else by using the quick localization plugin or using a gettext filter. Examples of both are available in this link:

The tax rate can be changed by going to WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> Pricing. Then click on Sales Tax. Enter an updated rate and save changes.
