EE4 4.3.2p
Wordpress 3.9.2

After much testing my database is corrupted. I have contact list entries that are orphaned and since there is no delete feature for the contact list I can’t get rid of them. Also, when I delete a registration after deleting all transactions for a registrant it appears to be successful but I get the following error message and the registrant’s contact list entry remains:

An error has occurred:
This Attendee is currently linked to one or more Event records. If this Attendee is incorrect, then please remove it from all Events before attempting to delete it.
EEM_Base – delete_is_blocked_by_related_models – 725

I would like to start over but deleting tables with the esp prefix doesn’t remove everything. How can I start over?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Brian,

Within Event Espresso -> Maintenance. You’ll find a ‘Reset/Delete Data’ tab.

Within there is a feature to remove all EE4 data and start again.

Thanks Tony. That worked.
