Some of the answers I found all suggested doing this with CSS – I think the toggle creates a messy layout and some confusion especially with such a small default font size. I’m prob going to install EE4 for the client but there’s very little budget for anything beyond getting it up and running so is there a quick way of removing this option?
You can inspect any element on a page using a free tool like Chrome Developer Tools (available with Google Chrome) or Firebug (available as a web browser extension).
This will show you the CSS that is handling the styling including the file and line number. Then you can add new styling to your child theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or My Custom CSS.
Thanks, I’m familiar with using CSS and making changes to elements. I just thought it would have been great if this was an option rather than by default. It’s an ugly section of UI in my opinion. If I have 10 ticket types I have to inspect and hide each one – what a drag…
