When trying to register for an event, this error shows:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Payment_Options in /home/mosemadl/dlmoseman.net/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/single_page_checkout/reg_steps/payment_options/EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Payment_Options.class.php on line 1964

Hello, was your site recently upgraded by manually transferring files and folders through an SFTP or FTP client such as FileZilla or Cyberduck?
If so, could you deactivate Event Espresso 4, and delete it from your site?
Then download a new copy which will be saved to your computer as a zip file. From here, return to your WP dashboard and go to Plugins –> Add New. Then select the file on your computer and begin the upload process.
Allow this to complete and then reactivate Event Espresso. You can also go to the Plugins screen and reactivate any add-ons that may be in use.
Note that the steps above will not remove any event information. It will only remove and replace the core plugin folder for Event Espresso 4.
