Hi Team
Trialling the Ticketing App on the iPhone and get the following error…
“The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server.”
The site goes through Cloudflare and maybe this is why the error is happening?
If so, can I set up a Page Rule to achieve this and what would the URL be? Cloudflare Page Rules are EG
Disable Security
Disable Performance
etc
etc

Hi CrushFestival, how are you today?
We’ve actually seen the same error where the site wasn’t using Cloudflare, so there may be something else causing the error. Have you checked the troubleshooting guide:

Further to the above, if you type this URL into a browser it returns a JSON response with your events:
https://www.yoursite.com.au/wp-json/ee/v4.8.36/events
With that in mind, when you input the site URL into the mobile app, are you including the https://www. part of the URL? If not can you try that?
