Hello,
Your site is running out of memory. Try raising the memory that is available to PHP through the wp-config.php file:

I upped it to 256MB and still got error.
All I was trying to do was view registrations.

If the error is still saying
Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted
and you’ve tried to up the memory via the wp-config.php file to 256MB, then that means your host does not allow for increasing the PHP memory limit. You can contact your host to increase the PHP memory limit.
