With pretty much any payment method in EE, if you get an error code that error is directly from your payment provider, which means it’s an issue with the card processing.
The transaction was declined because the merchant configured their account through the Merchant Interface to reject transactions with certain values for a Card Code mismatch
The CVC card code is returning an error and your clients account is set to reject them, you’ll need to contact auth.net for more details as this is on their end rather than EE.
