How comes, that customers get links which lead them to WordPress Backend with Dashboard and their Profile?

Hi there,

May I ask which links in particular that they’re clicking on that’s taking them to their Profile page? Do you know the short code that’s generating the link?

User can´t show how he did it… And we did not find a profile link…

Unfortunately without some idea of the link used or something more to go on than the above we really don’t know where to look here.
