Our users have reported to us in the last week that they are not receiving confirmation emails. When I register myself for events, sure enough I do not receive a confirmation email. (This had been working fine, and recently stopped.) I tried with multiple messages to use the “Test Send” feature, but each time I get the message
An error has occurred:
The test message was not sent
Messages_Admin_Page – _do_test_send – 1675
As far as I know, I haven’t changed anything on our end. Any suggestions?
