I am currently running the latest version of EE4. Here is the page in question:

https://diveworld.ca/events/padi-knowledge-development-and-confined-water-referral-course/

I want to be able to display a course signup like so:
“Course Name” | [Course Date Dropdown Menu Selection (eg.July 4th, July 5th)] | “Price” | [Quantity]

I would also like there to be a single checkbox modifier, that if selected will increase the price per ticket by $50. Would I need to put this in a second ticket item?

I am finding difficulty being able to edit the template for the EE4 page, and I have not found how to make a dropdown menu for ticket selection. I can’t seem to find the template file for an EE4 page, so I’m assuming I’d be inputing custom code or a shortcode on another page. I would also like to be able to change the word “ticket” to something else. I know EE4 must have advanced functionality to do this, as I could really do all of the same things with a WooCommerce product that had custom fields.

Thank you,

Hi Mario, pricing via dropdowns are not available in Event Espresso 4. The ticket selector holds the available ticket / pricing options.

Would the $50 pricing option only apply to a single price? If so, I would create an additional pricing option that has this included.

Otherwise, you’ll be registering for at least two attendees:

Main ticket
$50 additional fee ticket

Thanks Lorenzo, but does that then double the amount of options I have on my page? eg.

June 10th
June 10th (+ Rental Fee)

July 1st
July 1st (+ Rental Fee)

Is this really the only way to go about the issue?

Hi, you would need the additional pricing options. Otherwise, the extra $50 would appear as an additional attendee if you are collecting the personal question group for additional attendees.

If you are not, then any ticket / pricing options that are selected during registration will be linked to the primary registrant.
