Instead I have 404 page in my browser. When I switch back to English it works just fine.

Hi Alexander, could you go to WP-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks?

This should refresh your permalinks.

Thank you, Lorenzo. That was my first step. It didn’t help.
I figured out that word ‘event’ was translated and the translation was used in url. I put it back to English and it worked fine.
PS. I don’t know whether it’s a proper way or just a workaround

Hi Alexander,

Is this EE3 or EE4? What’s the method you’re using to switch to Russian? Is it the setting on the WP > Settings > General page?

After you switch the language, then go to WP > Settings > Permalinks, then go to the event list in the admin, will the event display on the front end when you click the View URL for a single event?

I use EE4. I switch to Russian via WP > Settings. I think I understand now what caused the issue.
Thank you for your help.
