I’m testing EE4 so I registered for an event where I had to fill the address information. I have the option “Always sync contact information with WP user profile” checked.
My problem is every time I test buying a new ticket with the same user, the address information is missing so I need to write it again.
Why? Did I miss something?
On WP Settings:
anyone can register is set to YES
Default Role is Subscriber
Currently the EE4 Users integration add-on will autofill the personal questions first name, last name and email but no other registration questions.
We have a ticket to include the address question within autofill function and will add this thread to that request.
I have the option “Always sync contact information with WP user profile” checked.
That option syncs up your EE contact data with your use account, meaning if you make changes to your EE contact it will make changes to your user profile. It does not change how the autofill function works.
