EE4 Custom Message templates based on question answers

Hello! I am looking to send out an updated message template based on how certain questions were answered by our attendees. Essentially we have a Fan name preference question. If they select Fan name instead of Legal name, I’d like the e-mail templates to reflect that when addressing them. Is it possible to do an if statement of some sort for what shortcode gets used in the e-mail templates?

Hi Aaron,

Conditional shortcodes are not available in Event Espresso at this time. I’ll go ahead and add this to our feature list so it can be considered in a future version of Event Espresso.
