Pick an event, get to check out screen. The box for coupon code is there, but you dont know it because there is no text saying what it is.

The Button says submit promo code, but it needs text above the input box. We also need to add a note saying “Cannot be combined with other Promotions”

Some themes will hide the text that’s actually in the input box. Without getting into the complex workings of your theme, I can point you to another thread that shows how to add some text near the promotions input:
