When I create a new event and add a ticket (even a free admission), it never saves with the event. When i hit update, i get directed to post.php, but is blank. If i edit the event it does not show any tickets. |

Hi Donal, Which version of EE4 are you currently using? I would recommend creating a full site backup. We have a guide posted here on how to do so: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/ It is possibly a conflict with another plugin (possibly even the theme), could you try temporarily disabling all non-EE plugins and re-test. If saving the tickets then works enable each plugin one by one and update the event in between activating each one to see which plugin causes the blank post.php page one again. |

Hi Tony. I am running EE 4.1.9.1. THe only other plugins I have are: I’m not sure what backing up the site would do. Is this i case it get’s messed up? I will try disabling BuddyPress and see if that works. Please let me know if you can think of anything else. thanks. |

I disabled BuddyPress, no difference. |

Hi Donal,
Just a precaution, we recommend backing up the site before any updates/modifications, it just allows you at any point in time to revert back (even if no previous backups have been made, at least we can start again and try different avenues if something goes wrong) Which theme are you running? Could you enable WP_Debug and see if any errors are thrown when you update an event. Details available here: |

Tony, I am running the Mingle theme. I am happy to give you access to the site, as i’m only jsut starting development (and i don’t really know much about WP :)). |

Hi Donal, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login and a temporary SFTP or FTP login so I can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question. — |

Thanks Donal. I’m checking into this now. I’ll follow up privately with any additional questions. You should receive a notification to your email account shortly. — |

It seems that this was related to running WordPress on Azure. I moved to Linux and have not had this problem. |
