I have EE4 installed on a 4 CPU Cores, CentOS, 8GB RAM, 60GB SSD, cPanel, Cloud Storage with Clean magazin template and am not able to get a new ticket to add. I changed the ini.php file to max_input_vars = 2000 and when I try to add a ticket and save as draft the page refreshes to the pages tab and nothing is saved on the event. Any ideas?
Are you actually getting a warning about max_input_vars? Have you tried ruling out a plugin conflict? You can rule out a plugin or theme conflict by installing the Health Check plugin, then go to WP > Dashboard > Heath Check > Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?
