I have Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+) Version 3.2.0.p on Event Espresso Version 4.4.5.p in a french official WordPress installation. Everything that should be translated by WordPress is translated except the calendar (months, days, etc). So I used Loco translate to translate the calendanr, tried putting the .mo files in plugins/ee4-events-calendar
and in global languages directory, even in the language folder of event-espresso-core-reg to no effect.

Question is simple, how can I have a french calendar if WordPress defaults and .mo fils don’t do it?

Hi,

Could you make those changes to Event Espresso via Loco Translate instead of the calendar?

Well, I’m ashamed to say I didn’t even considered that avenue, did not even know those months and days strings were in there also.
It worked! Many thanks.
