Hi there,

No updates to bulk promotions, the above plugin is the easiest method of creating bulk promotions for promotions from the likes of Groupon etc.

What type of promotion would this be?

For example, do you need promotions code than can be used on any event, but only once across those events?

There is currently no option but to apply the code to all events rather than specific categories of events.

Just to clarify here, EE can’t select a category of events to apply promotions to, you can select specific events or all events within the promotions system.

When I created that plugin it wasn’t possible to set EE Promotions to apply across all events but only be applied once in total. It could be set to all events but then applied X number of times per scope item, meaning if ‘uses’ was 1 and you set it to all events it could be used once on each of those events.

However, since then we’ve added ‘Total Number of Uses’ setting to promotions which does allow you to limit this, as a total limit of 1 means once anywhere across the ‘applicable’ items.

So it sounds like, that is what you need here, the ability to set the ‘Total Number of Uses’ field on each of these promotions to 1, is that correct?
