EE4 attendee payment details/invoicing

In EE3, you were able to send payment reminders or invoice via the individual registrant payment details. I do not see that option in EE4. How would I send an individual an invoice or payment reminder?

Hi,

Via the Transaction page. There is a Send Payment Reminder button you can click.

Thank you for your reply. I’m actually looking at a transaction page and do not see any “Send Payment Reminder” button.

So I did a little more research in the forum and found this example of the “Send Payment Reminder” button http://www.screencast.com/t/fmW6v0pOZm. My transaction page definitely does not have this button.

Hi Erin,

What is the status of the transaction you are looking in?

I still have the same version of EE4 you are using active on one of my test sites, the Send Payment Reminder button is available – http://take.ms/X8bYg

There is a couple of ways to get to the transaction of a registration, but just to confirm, can you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Find the registration you want to send the payment remind for.

Now open that up and you’ll see ‘View Transaction’ – http://take.ms/OXxZM

Click that to view the transaction.

That is the page that should display the reminder button.

I did that and the transaction page status is listed as “incomplete” but still no payment reminder button.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Check the ‘Payment Reminder’ message type is within active messages and not the in-active messages – http://take.ms/5Jni1

That’s the ticket…the “Payment Reminder” message was not active. Thanks for your help.
