Hello, Could you please advise what is the best route to have EE4 working with Moneris payment? We recently purchased EE4 subscription but then the client decided to use Moneris instead of PayPal. I tried searching this forum but didn’t come up with a definite answer. Please help! Thanks, |

If possible, could you please also advise if it’s possible to redirect customers from EE4 directly to Moneris’ Hosted Payment page without additional integration? Moneris’ Hosted Integration (using a hosted payment page): Or we still need to build a custom EE’s Moneris gateway? Thanks, |
Hi Allan, You can use the Moneris Hosted Integration (which is an offsite gateway) when you build a custom Event Espresso gateway, and there’s specific direction for how an offsite gateway works here: |

Thanks for the reply, Josh. With that suggestion I suppose we need to aim for the OFFLINE payment method, yes? And we don’t need to purchase additional addon or external plugin, such as WooCommerce Moneris gateway (https://woocommerce.com/products/moneris-gateway/), correct? Thanks, |
It’s actually offsite because offline is akin to sending a check via postal service, paying cash at the door, or swiping a card at the venue. Offsite — the credit card information form is on another site (like Moneris hosted pay page) Onsite — the credit card information form is on your site You definitely wouldn’t use the WooCommerce Moneris gateway with Event Espresso, as that gateway can only be used with WooCommerce. |

Right. Sorry, I did mean to write OFFSITE. 🙂 Thanks again for your prompt response. I think we have a clearer action plan now. Cheers, |

Hi Metroplisca, Did you happen to find a solution for your EE and Moneris integration? I am also looking to integrate. Thanks, Derek |
