Hello,
I am having an issue where I cannot register anyone to an event, no matter what happens I am getting this error. I have searched other forums and tried disabling all plugins and the issue continued.

Your site is currently loading 2 version of jQuery – http://take.ms/lmOtd
That is likely the cause of the problem.
Can you check into your theme and see if that is loading the outdated version of jQuery, usually within header.php or functions.php
Once that second version of jQuery has been removed the registration form should work correctly.
