EE4 Add On Installation Problem for Printable Tickets

Anyone else having trouble installing add ons with EE4? I updated EE before I started installing the add-ons and all of them went smoothly except the one for printable tickets. The error I’m getting is: “Directory Already Exists”

Hi there,

The error message indicates that the Ticketing add-on is already installed on your website. Can you check to see if Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE 4+) is listed on your WordPress > Plugins page?
