Is there a way to email admin and user on abandoned transactions in EE4? I cannot see an abandoned basket add on.

Hi Ant,
EE does not include any functionality to send emails for abandoned registrations at this time.
If you registrants selects PayPal Standard and then decides not to pay when they hit PayPal screen EE will switch their registration to Pending Payment when there session expires (roughly 60 mins) at that point the Pending Payment messages will be triggered to both the Admin and Registrant.

Thanks Tony… in actual fact, the issue is more that at moment, with our integration in Infusionsoft (IS), EE creates an invoice in IS for everything and with an abandoned cart transactions too. This means that we have a large number of unpaid invoices which we have to then go into IS to delete. Not ideal!

Hi there,
You can add some code to your site that will make it so the Infusionsoft tagging occurs *after* the registration has been approved/paid.

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
