EE4 – 4.9.36, Registrations Can't Be Completed

The final registration step that links from our website to Authorize.net can’t be completed. When attempting to complete registration, an error message is received stating “This registration step can’t be completed. Please try again”. After numerous attempts, nothing seems to work. Please help.

Hi Bill,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information.

Using your browser, search for ‘iconv’, does it show anything on the page?

Yes, however before you go and buy priority support you could try updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4. If your server does not support the iconv() function, simply updating to the current version will fix the issue.

Great, I’m glad that’s working.

However, the reason I wanted to confirm if inconv is the problem (which it appears to be) is it would be a good idea to contact your hosting company and have them install/active the inconv module on your site so that the auth.net payment method can use it.
