September 23, 2014 at 11:08 am How do I change the single event listings to display in one-column format? They were displaying as one-column until the 4.4.1 update… Thanks! (EE4, WP4, Iced Mocha theme) |
September 23, 2014 at 11:18 am Hi Erica, Can you let me know which version you updated from and post a link to a single event page so we can investigate? Thanks. |

September 23, 2014 at 11:19 am Hi Josh, |
September 23, 2014 at 11:59 am Hi Erica, This may be caused by something other than the update. Has any code been modified/added that moves the ticket selector to the bottom of the page? By default it appears near the top. |
|
|
Yes, I did change the location of the ticket selector, as users typically need to read the event description before deciding to buy a ticket. |
|
But the change was made several weeks ago and I haven’t had a problem until recently. |
|
I’ve replaced the modified file with the original content-espresso_events file. I’m still getting a strange two-column layout with a hidden header. |
|
Should I purchase a support token? I’m really unable to troubleshoot this particular issue. Thanks. |
Hi Erica, Your theme is setup to use a two column layout for the archive pages: http://www.srsandbox.net/events Have you made any changes to the display for the archive pages? Also, could you backup your site and update to the current version at 4.4.3? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/ — |

Thanks. I just updated to 4.4.3. But, I’m still having problems with the display of *single events*: http://www.srsandbox.net/events/evolving-together-mindfulness-meditation-and-modern-science-2 I’ve still got a two-column display… Thanks for your help with this. |

I fixed the problem. I enabled “Magazine layout” in the Iced Mocha post excerpt settings a few days ago. Apparently, that also forced single event posts into a two-column layout. Disabling Magazine layout fixed the issue. Thanks for your responses. |
Hi, I loaded the latest versions of the theme and Event Espresso onto a test site. Please see this short video: http://cl.ly/image/0p2l032m222H — |
