I had a customer try to buy a ticket on the site and they got an error message. When I tried it myself, I received the same message:

An error has occurred:
No form data or invalid data was encountered while attempting to process the registration form.
SNGPGCHC-DSNGPGCHC-PROATTINF-1140

It won’t let you proceed past that point to put in payment information. I have paypal standard and check enabled.

Others have registered previously without a problem and I haven’t changed anything, other than to update to the most recent version. Is this a bug issue? I need to get it fixed so that I can process payments.

Thank you.

Hi Debby,

Are any caching plugins or services running on the site? How about the Simple Custom CSS plugin?

No, I don’t have those or the ones on the link. Here is what is installed:

Adminer
Akismet
Easy FancyBox
Event Expresso – Calendar
Exclude Pages from Navigation
Page Links To
Photo Gallery
TinyMCE Advanced

As mentioned, this didn’t happen until the most recent update for EE4.

Hi Debby,

I ran a test registration on your site and it seems to be working fine. Can you check to see if there’s a registration under the name test test? If the issue persists, please let us know the name of the event that is having troubles.

So this is interesting. I did see your registration. I was able to get through to the payment page when I selected only the first ticket. However, when I added in the lunch ticket option, I got that error. Any idea why that would happen?

Hello,

I selected the first and last option and it worked. Please also void this registration:

eetest eetest

Could you clear your session and try again (click on this link):
