EE3 Wrong price charged, and confirmation email missing date & time

Hi,

While registering for a class using EE3, a client selected one option but was charged for a different option. Also, in the confirmation email, the date and time are missing from the table.

Here’s a screen shot of the confirmation email showing the correct option, the settings with prices for each option, and attached PDF showing the incorrect amount for the selected option.

Hi there,

Can you post the full version number of EE3 you are using please?

Are you running any caching plugins?

Did the user register onto more than one event? For example register onto Event A, paid, clicked back and registered onto Event B?

Hi Tony,

My EE3 version is 3.1.37.8.P and I do not have any caching plugins.

That was the only event they registered for.
