Are there any known issues running woo commerce and EE3 on the same site?
EE3 is great for ticket sales and events, but we are looking to sell merchandise and Woo Commerce functions well in this case.

Can they be run side by side? For EE3 I have disabled Paypal and would enable it for Woocommerce.

Hi Matt, they can be run side by side. The only issue that I’m aware of is that the roles for the Roles and Permissions add-on will need the edit posts capability:

For your question on payment processing, you can use PayPal for both.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not using roles and permissions, so no issues there.

Hi Matt,

There is another thing to look out for, which is if you use SSL on your site and if you want to secure both the Event Espresso pages and WooCommerce checkout pages. If that’s the case, you’ll need to disable the WooCommerce Force SSL option and then set up the WordPress HTTPS plugin to secure the pages.
