Just updated to EE4 and have an event that is showing as Inactive and I cannot get it to update to Active. I have modified the dates for the event and tickets.
This is an ongoing online event that we have been running since 2013.
I saw another post from July of 2017 and Josh asked for a secure login to review but there was no resolution posted when the ticket was closed.
Thank you
drew

Hi Drew,

When you change the datetime dates on the event do they save?

In EE3, did that event have no event/registration dates set?

Yes, the date and times save for both the event and the tickets.
We don’t recall if there were registration dates – the 4 cases we have are all events that never expire, they are registrations for online exams the users must take every so often for recertification.

Hmm, ok. I’ll need to take a look at the event and the database to see what is happening.

Can you send temporary login details so I can take look?

(Note I’ll need wp-admin and FTP credentials)
