I am a bit confused about the ticket templates that are provided.
Where should they appear as user selectable choices?
I see them via FTP in the indicated locations, but cannot seem to locate where I can choose from them in the admin area.
I have not interest in building a new template and am sure one of those provided will work if I can understand how to use one of them.
