Hello,
I have setup a new question w/o issue, however the next step is adding a question group.
I have tried to do this following configurations setup same as other groups setup previously however WP is throwing me an error: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZTz7EEDNq.
We had our developer check, and he reports that it appears that data was saved to the database: https://www.screencast.com/t/oWmjJUcF. However, I don’t see the new question group in the back-end list plus don’t understand the error shown in screenshot link above.
