Sounds good. If you prefer to use your support token for this, someone from Event Espresso staff can also apply the fix to your site. We’ll be able to do that after you completely fill out the form that’s linked on your user account page where it says “To redeem your token(s) please complete this form”.
I did read through the tread but really it doesnt help us since we arent programmers and haven’t a clue. I’ll use my token cause this is one of two serious issues – the other is how the email notification completely disappears when an we change the number of seats available for an event. Nothing fixes it. If a brand new event we get it, but the minute the seat number is changed, gone. The only way we know we have a booking is because PayPal send a payment notification. Not a lot of fun.
