Hi …
I hope you can help! I was in the process of updating codes in our system. When I began the process we had 28 codes. In updating the first code there was a error so I refreshed the page and the list of codes indicated “No records found”. I added one of the codes again and still no list … however I noticed that we now have 29 records … but none are displaying.
How do I get the codes to display on the Manage Promotional Codes page?
I understand you have many issues to deal with … however this is urgent for us as we need to adjust some codes ASAP>
Hope we can resolve this!

Hi …
I just checked the event page and yes, the codes are still listed. Returned to the Manage Codes page and they have re-appeared. Strange. But glad it’s been fixed!

Hello Belinda,
This sounds like an issue with caching on your site. Do you have any caching plugins installed? If this occurs again, you can try to clear your browser cache to see if that fixes it.
Please let us know if we can do anything else for you.
