Currently, pending incomplete registrations are included in the count for people registered so that we can’t use the count to quickly and accurately gauge how many people are truly registered. How can we stop pending registrations from being included in the count? |

Hi, the counts (numeric values) that are shown at the top of the attendee reports screen is for all attendees by time period. It does not differentiate between the different registration statuses. A more accurate number is available in the event overview screen and appears like this (left of the actions column): 5/25 That count shows approved registrations. — |

Hi Lorenzo I checked the Attendees column in the Event Overview area and it is including pending registrations. Did I misunderstand what you are saying? |

Hey there, Here is a screenshot of the EE4 events list. The approved registrations show in the second to last column. http://www.screencast.com/t/D4KjKVSGV This does not include Incomplete or Pending Payment status registrations; only approved. |

Hi… we are using EE3. I am not understanding why you are mentioning EE4? |
|
Hi there, You can not prevent EE3 from including Pending registrations, however by default your registration should be ‘Incomplete’ unless you have altered the Default Registration status for your events? Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Within ‘Advanced Features’ you will find the option:
What is that currently set to? By default it would be ‘Incomplete’ like this – http://take.ms/MzL2h Then can you edit your event and check the value for the ‘Default Payment Status for Event’ option – http://take.ms/V0UWa Again what is that value set to? |
|
We just want a way to quickly get a count of all registered attendees that have paid for an attend. How can this be accomplished. I think you are missing the question… |
|
Anyone? |
|
Hi, there are two other ways to get that information. Go to the Attendee records screen and then filter the status to completed. Then scroll to the end of the page and look in the bottom left corner. You’ll see something like this: Showing 1 to 10 of 30 entries The number on the end would be the number of completed registrations. You can also click on the View Report link (http://cl.ly/image/1Q0C313g3N1j) in the Attendee Records screen and then look at the graph that shows completed registrations. — |

Excellent solution. Thanks Lorenzo. |
