Hello! It seems like the payment settings page isn’t working properly. I can’t open any of the expandable individual payment types to enter any data. I’ve tried in a few different browsers and on a few different sits I manage, and am experiencing the same problem everywhere. I do host at WP-Engine, if that could be an issue, but I’m finding it even on the staging site which has no caching enabled. Thanks! ### Begin System Info ### Child Theme: UCFraces Child Theme Multi-site: Yes SITE_URL: http://ulmanfund.trispies.com Headway Version: 3.7.11 PHP Version: 5.3.2-1 PHP Memory Limit: 256M WP_DEBUG: Disabled Show On Front: page Amount of Posts: ~120 Responsive Grid: Enabled Caching Allowed: Yes SEO Plugin: No SEO plugin active Operating System: Mac Full User Agent: WEB FONTS IN USE: ACTIVE PLUGINS: Easy Blogging 3.3.4 Event Espresso 3.1.36.5.P Event Espresso – Attendee Import 0.1 Event Espresso – Attendee Mover Tool 1.1.b Event Espresso – MailChimp Integration 1.2 Event Espresso – Members Addon 1.9.8.p Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration 1.0.5.p Event Espresso – Permissions 1.5.4.1 Event Espresso – Price Modifier 0.0.5.b Event Espresso – Roles and Permissions Pro 2.0.8.p Event Espresso – Social Coupons 1.5.4.p Event Espresso – Ticketing 2.1.p Event Espresso – Voucher Import 0.1 Event Espresso API Plugin 2.1.2.P Google Analytics + 3.1.2 Gravity Forms 1.8.7.5 Gravity Forms Authorize.Net Add-On 1.5.4.3 Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On 1.0.4 Gravity Forms Survey Add-On 2.3 Headway Contact Block 1.6.2 LayerSlider WP 5.1.1 Live Stream Widget 1.0.4.3 MailChimp for WordPress Lite 2.1.5 PizazzWP GalleryPlus (Headway 3 Block) 1.7.5 PizazzWP Libraries 1.6.1 PizazzWP TabsPlus (Headway 3 Block) 1.5.7 RebelMouse Widget 1.5.9.1 Uji Countdown Pro + 1.3 2.0 Ultimate Branding 1.8.0.1 Utility Block 1.3.5 WeatherSlider WP 2.5.0 wpMandrill 1.33 ### End System Info ### |
Hi, This is due to changes made by WP-Engine within the WP Admin, we have so far been unable to identify the exact cause, however @Josh created a small plugin to work around the issue. https://gist.github.com/joshfeck/1afd180884f9c603d4f5 You can either add that as its own plugin or include the code within a site specific plugin if you already have one. |

That’s awesome. I suspect this could go in a child theme as well? |

Answered my own question. Thanks so much, Tony! |
Hi, were you able to get the plugin running and are your payment pages now working? — |
