Hello,

I have purchased EE3 and I’m trying to get it to work with Worldpay.

I’ve followed your step by step guide and logged in to Worldpay and enabled the payment response checkbox, added the payment response URL and made sure it’s “http” and not “https” in the URL. So all seems correct there.

However, when I run test orders the visitor is not being redirected back to the website to the “thank-you” page.

I get the error from Worldpay of…

“Error reported: Callback failed CAUSED BY The maximum limit of 131072 bytes has been exceeded”

I’ve spoken to the technical team at Worldpay and they say the Thank You page is too long, they need it be smaller so they can skim it.

This page has been created by you guys, so how do I edit this to make it simpler?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Darren, could you share a link to one of your events so we can share feedback on your thank you page?

Hi Lorenzo,

It’s http://remaxwhywhatwhere.com/thank-you/

Note: The theme I’m using has a ‘blank page’ template and I’ve used that and it still produces the same error. The link above is the normal template.

Hi Darren,

I checked your Thank You page and looked at its source. There’s a whole lot of inline CSS in the document on line 193, which may be causing the error you report. Can you check with the Avada theme’s support to see how to remove or move the CSS into its own file?
