I’m using EE3 since EE4 doesn’t have recurring events. Here I can see a list of all events from today to the future.
Actually, I’ve to print out two old tickets. But I can not see events from the past and therefore none of the old tickets.
Is there a way to solve that issue?
Or are old events deleted?
I think – as far as I can remember – that EE4 (not EE3) does have this feature, doesn’t it?
No, past events are not deleted so yes you should be able to load up that data.
When you view the event list you can set filters at the top of the list.
Set the ‘status’ filter to ‘All (Active/Inactive)’.
Then set the Date/Year filter to the month you are looking for and click ‘Retrieve’ – http://take.ms/EWzzX
That pulls all event including the events that are not active (expired events) and will display them for the month you selected in blocks of 50. If you have more than 50 events in a month you may need click the ‘Next 50 rows’ to load the next block of events for the month or increase the number of rows pulled in on each request within the filters (next to the retrieve button).
Try changing how many rows are loading from the database and retesting.
It’s the dropdown next to the ‘Abfragen’ button.
