How can we receive admin and user notifications on invoice registrations?

Hi,

You can change the “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” option to Yes. That setting is located under Email Settings on EE3’s Event Espresso > General Settings page.

How can we make it so this email doesn’t go out for users who pay by PayPal Pro? It is a problem if those users are getting the notification.

That’s not possible with EE3. If you upgrade to EE4 you can set messages up at a much more granular level.
