Wordpress: 4.0.1 he following error was found: x_relay_url : Invalid x_relay_url. Must be the same as configured for the payment page The parameters of the request are ‘bypass_payment_page’ : true |
Hi Alyssa, Do you have an SSL certificate running on your site? The relay URL is set to connect via HTTPS but the link does not work: https://thebetterhalfstudio.com/?type=firstdata_e4&page_id=153 — |

i do not. I had thought if i used a hosted payment page through first data that I would not need one for the website. if I do need one for the whole site, do you have any suggestions? |
|
I had noticed that the S was Missing in the URL i had set in the payment page settings through First Data. While, it Was in the relay URL given in the yellow box in the payment setting page through EE. so i had added it to the First Data settings recently. |
Hi Alyssa, Since your site does not have an SSL certificate, you’ll need to make sure that you do not specify https for your relay URL. It needs to be http. If you go to Event Espresso > Payment Settings > FirstData E4 there may be a boxed checked that says “Force HTTPS on Return URL”. If that’s checked, please uncheck it and save. Then copy the URL in the yellow box (it should say http:// at this point) and place the URL in your First Data E4 account settings for the Relay Response URL: https://firstdata.zendesk.com/entries/407673-Where-do-I-enter-my-Relay-Response-URL- |
