ee3 – email not firing with wp mail & issue with adding new events bug. https://www.outerbankskayaktours.com . the site won’t send email confirmations, getting stuck on payment checkout, and adding new events is not working properly… when adding new events there are hundreds of old ticket options & date times pre-populated that we don’t want and have to delete to create events. all kinds of bugs. please help.

Hi Christian,
If you can complete the redeem a support token form (please be sure to include valid FTP information) we can remove those old ticket options. The old ticket options are there because your site had an older version of Event Espresso 3 that needed to be updated for quite a while. There’s a redeem a support token link on your account page.
