Hello,
After EE3 to EE4 upgrade together with data migration, I’m using now EE 4.9.63.p with WP 4.9.7.

It appears that the administrators who used to create and publish events in EE3 can’t publish a new event anymore after the upgrade. I am aware that there have been several changes in the context of Roles and Permissions. I tried already to reset capabilities, but the new event can’t get the “Publish” button.
Only “Plan” and “Update” is offered as this blue button on the right-hand top.
The start/end date/time of the event and the ticket are correct. I don’t know where to check anymore, please advise.
Thanks, Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Is this happening with the Administrator role or another role? Have you tried this with all other plugins deactivated?

Hi Josh,
I just noticed that the publishing date was set in the future. Therefore publishing wasn’t possible. Everything works as designed now.
Thanks
