The COMPLETE PURCHASE feature works perfectly on events, but in infusionsoft plugin doesnt send any info about the event which was ordered.
How to create Infusionsoft Compatible tags for Event Name, Venue and dates etc

Hello Steven,
I believe the system should add the event name to the completed. If that’s not happening, please let us know.

Thank you Seth for getting back. The ID in default tag (Infusionsoft_tag_id) is working okay, but how can i add multiple tags in a single event? Because right now I have added a new metabox and labelled it Infusionsoft_tag_id1 but it doesnt work.

Hi Steven, multiple tags are not currently available as the add-on checks for a value for the meta field for infusionsoft_tag_id and if something is available, then it sends it. There are not multiple versions of infusionsoft_tag_id available at this time.
