I’m trying to update EE3 to the 9/22/14 version, but I’m getting the following message: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.” I’m not sure why I’m getting this when I only have it installed on one domain and just purchased the software. Please help. Thanks, |

Hi, I reset your licence key, if this issue reoccurs please advise. |
|
I have exactly the same issue, license is activated, URL is the right one in my profile here, but the “more than one url”-thing keeps coming up. could you also reset mine? |
|
Done. |

Mine WAS reset by you just yesterday (on my request, moved to a different domain, thank you!), but now/still I get this same message too. Also on EE API. Can you fix this? Great! |
Hi, Your license key has been reset. Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting. |

I’m still getting the same error message. Please advise on how to proceed. Thanks! |
@ Remi, @ Anouk, @ Tobias, I’ve just rolled over your Support License Keys and created a new one for each of you. You can find it in your Event Espresso account. If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the new support license key from your account page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your new support license key and click on Save Options. If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Now copy the new support license key from your account page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your new support license key and click on Save once more. These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
